All monthly memberships include:

  • On Demand videos! Workout from the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you
  • Online account where you can track your results.
  • Optional body composition tracking. Track your weight, body fat, muscles, bones, internal fat etc.
  • Optional food tracking.
  • Optional fitness tracking. Link your Strava, My Zone etc.
  • Leaderboard! Link your fitness tracker and join challenges with others. Based on effort (heart rate), a points system is used which makes it a level playing field whether you're an athlete or someone new to exercise (clever stuff!)

Zumba Fitness is the original dance fitness party! Burn calories whilst having fun!

Rockbox Fitness

Rockbox Fitness is a stress busting therapy session for the body and mind!
‍We punch, kick and smash drumsticks to classic and modern rock and indie tunes! (air guitars included!)

Indoor Bootcamp

Indoor Bootcamp is a group training class working on cardio and strength.
You will be encouraged to workout at a pace for your own level of fitness whilst having lots of fun in a supportive atmosphere.

Fitness Pilates

Fitness Pilates addresses basic postural imbalances, improves back and core strength and enhances mobility and flexibility in a non-intimidating, fun and enjoyable class set to music. It is an all-inclusive programme designed to strengthen weaker areas of the body. Work at your own pace and level.


A beautiful mix of yoga, Pilates, conditioning and breath work to strengthen, tone and increase flexibility. Set to a lovely soundtrack of music to guide you through each phase of the class.

Total Tone Body Bar

Total Tone Body Bar is a low impact toning class that works the whole body!
Using a weighted bar and body-weight exercises we target all of those problem areas like the core, abdominals, glutes, legs, upper body and arms!
Suitable for all!

Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold is a low impact version of the amazing Zumba Fitness!
Perfect for anyone new or returning to exercise, people recovering from injury and older active adults.
It may be low impact but we still sweat, dance and have fun!
