How does the VEPs point system work?

The point system is based on which heart rate zone you work in. During the challenges you get 6 points/minute if you're in the red or yellow zone. In the league table you get 4 points for being in these zones.

To get the most points from your workout you should make sure that you record your warm up and cool down.

How often is my data uploaded to the website?

The data is uploaded hourly but can take up to 24 hours.

Everyone can see the top 10 people in the leaderboard & if you're not in the top 10, only you can see what position you're in.
