​Zumba Gold is a low impact version of the amazing Zumba Fitness!
Perfect for anyone new or returning to exercise, people recovering from injury and older active adults.
It may be low impact but we still sweat, dance and have fun!
45 min class
Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before class starts. 
 
3 hour cancellation policy.
